RinkSport – Your College Goals Are Within Reach

The RinkSport Mission

RinkSport has been on a mission to arm aspiring female student-athlete hockey players with the knowledge they need to go from ‘prospect’ to ‘recruit’ in order to reach their college hockey goals. We are committed to connecting some of the most knowledgeable women’s hockey coaches with future college players through our RinkSport programs.

The Program

College Development Program

Babson College in Wellesley, MA

JUNE 17 - 22, 2023

The RinkSport College Development Program brings some of the NCAA’s top Women’s Ice Hockey coaches together with prospective student-athletes from across North America for a week of training, education, and competition. This Summer, our camp will again be open to rising High School Freshmen through Seniors (and PGs).

Players in our College Development Programs will spend at least 3 hours per day on the ice in college-style practices and competition as well as ample time off the ice in training sessions. In addition to the physical activities, players will participate in our comprehensive lecture series which will cover topics such as:

The College Application and Essays
NCAA Initial Eligibility
Division 1 and Division 3
NESCAC and Ivy League
Leadership
Nutrition and Training

RinkSport is designed for the committed student-athlete focused on securing an opportunity to play NCAA Women’s Ice Hockey. Players who are looking for a recreational camp should explore other opportunities.

All participants and staff will follow health and safety protocols as mandated by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the Wellesley MA Health Department, and Babson College.

Per NCAA rules, programs such as ours (where college coaches work with players), must be open to all eligible participants. Eligibility for the RinkSport College Development Program is restricted to Female ice hockey players who graduate from high school in 2027 or earlier. Players are accepted on a first come, first served basis, and we have limited spaces available.
